Refund Policy
Firearm training classes are non refundable. Centerfire Defense manages our class sizes to provide the best experience for each of our students. To do this we require prepayment and pre registration for all Centerfire Defense classes and courses.
To provide our classes, we must in advance commit resources, assign instructors, arrange classroom/range availability, and incur other material purchase costs associated with the class. These commitments are not reduced when fewer students unexpectedly attend.
When we contract with instructors to teach, it is based upon student numbers. When the student cancels at the last minute, we cannot cancel the instructor. This creates a business issue that could force cost increases in future classes. We do all we can to keep our costs down.
Rescheduling Policy
All courses may require a minimum number of students per class. Centerfire Defense, reserves the right to cancel the course and reserves the right to reschedule the course notifying you of moving you to another class date. If you are unable to attend the course on the rescheduled date, we will be happy to move you to another class date. While this is rare, it is a possibility.
Due to costs of setting up firearm training classes, there are no refunds to students who cancel or do not show up for class. Cancellations over the phone or in person will not be honored. In the case of a cancellation, you will receive a credit that can be applied toward a future training course. We appreciate your understanding and the reason behind this policy. Registering for a class and paying for a session means that you fully understand and accept the Centerfire Defense Reschedule/Refund policy.
Thank you.
